Refund policy

Thank you for choosing MarketPrint Inc.. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below before completing your order.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our online courses and training materials, all sales are generally considered final once access to the content has been granted. Because digital content can be accessed and consumed immediately upon delivery, it cannot be returned like a physical product.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may submit a request to info@market-elevate.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of MarketPrint Inc..
2. Live Coaching Services
For live coaching sessions (individual or group):
• If you wish to cancel a scheduled coaching session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• If a coaching package has been partially used, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the number of sessions completed versus sessions remaining.
• No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
3. Subscription and Membership Services
If you have enrolled in a recurring subscription or membership:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@market-elevate.com.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not substantially used the Services, you may request a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@market-elevate.com with the following information:
• Your full name and email address associated with the purchase
• Order number or transaction reference
• Date of purchase
• Reason for requesting a refund
We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within seven (7) business days.
5. Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to all purchased Services.
